Varsity Rags Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Varsity Rags. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached and unworn/unused.
  • You must notify us of your return within 14 days of delivery confirmation.
  • You must include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation with your return.

To initiate a return:

  1. Visit our Returns Area within the Chat Box Below or contact us with your order number and email address.
  2. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for your return.
  3. Varsity Rags will send you a shipping label.
  4. Package your items securely and include the return label.
  5. Drop off your package at any respective USPS or UPS mailing location.

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return requirements.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exceptions:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized items
  • Custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

Free Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email.

Please note:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless you are returning a damaged or defective item.
